Hi Guys. My 03 accord is slow to start. You have to step on the gas and crank the stater for about 30 seconds then it chokes a little then starts. Once it starts it runs great. I had this problem about a month ago and changed the fuel pump. That seemed to work for about 2 weeks than the problem came back. It is giving off the codes P0171 and P0174. Any suggestions?

 

I'd start by testing the fuel pressure. I know the pump was replaced but what is the fuel pressure at the fuel rail?
