04 Accord, Lower Door on Dash

I have an 04 Accord and the little security door at the bottom doesn't stay shut anymore. I'd like to get this fixed since it hides, or I should say used to hide my satellite player and ipod. Anyone know how this thing works? Is it a magnet or something?
Thanks!
Thanks!
I can't find the picture right now, but that whole box pulls out. I think you first have to pull out the little bin below, with the power plug (says "NOT AN ASHTRAY").
On my 2003, it's a couple little latches built into the hinge mechanism, not magnets.

I'm pretty sure that little bin has to come out first. They both kinda snap out, with metal spring clips. But please look for screws that I may be forgetting. Sometimes the clips come completely loose, instead of staying attached to the part (not fun). Also, it's it's difficult to get a grip & pull.
I'm trying to remember if I had to remove anything else first? I took that box out to fish a wire for an iPod controller to the back of the stereo. The latch mechanism for the hinge isn't really separate. I bet you have to buy a new box.

AHA! I found a picture to refresh my memory. First remove the tray #23, it's difficult to get a grip but it snaps out.
That exposes a couple screws along the bottom of the box, like #39. This picture looks like you may be able to get a few of the hinge parts separately??
