Default 05 LX grabby brakes

Hi, my 05 LX has REALLY grabby brakes when you first drive the car. just barely touching the brake pedal makes the car come to a radical stop...no amount of easy touch of the pedal will help. After driving the car for several minutes, the situation subsides.
It has been like this since it was brand new. Ideas??

Do you use your e-brake alot or not at all?
Check it out to see if it's dragging.

Have it checked out by your brake man to see if it's dragging or needs adjusted...

Our 2003 Accord was like that; actually they just stayed grabby no matter how long you drive. I've had them apart several times while we owned the car. I never figured it out because [flame-suit-on] my daughter LIKED it that way...
