Default 06 Accord ABS light

My only complaint about the car is the brakes. I replaced the front rotors/pads and rear drums/shoes due to a severe pulsation. The car still pulsates slighty after a few months. So be it. Now the ABS light popped on and stays on. Every once in a while when coming to a stop on dry pavement, the ABS acts as if I am on ice, as I can hear the system working and can feel the brake pedal rapidly pulsating. The car is a 4 cyl. auto with 52k miles. I am debating simply unplugging the ABS plug from the master cylinder. The light will still stay on and I will lose the ABS I assume, but at least I won't get the ABS acting up, as my stopping distances increase significantly when it kicks in on dry pavement. I am guessing a new ABS module or whatever you call it would be very expensive. Any advice from you Honda gurus would be appreciated. Thank you.

I'm not aware of an "ABS plug" in the master cylinder. What is that exactly? The only plug I know in the MC is the fluid level switch.

The pulsation might be caused by not properly bedding-in the brake pads when they were new. How did you do that?

Yes you're right. I think I am getting a bit senile in my old age. The plug I am talking about is on the other side of the engine compartment actually, right on the ABS contraption. I have learned to live with the slight brake pulse. My main concern is the ABS issue. Thanks.
