Normal? NO.
Possible? YES.

Warranty coverage??

I've had good luck with a couple ofInterstate batteries. I've also heard more recently they're not as good as they used to be. I'm not sure what to believe.

Last battery I had to buy was on a trip out of town. The original factory battery in my '95 Integra suddenly quit stone dead in 2001. Gotan AutoZone battery& it was stillstrong 4 years later when I sold the car.

I DO NOT like the completely sealed ones. I DO check the fluid level & specific gravityregularly & keep it up with distilled water.

would just hooking it up to a charger fix it? or do i need a whole new battery?

i'm bringing my car to honda on monday for them to check it out. hopefully they dont try saying that the HIDs somehow drained my battery.

i know for a fact i didn't leave any lights on, etc.

also, if anyone knows the warranty for a battery, it would be greatly appreciated.

i bought the car brand new, hoping to avoid these types of problems. but they bite me in the *** anyway

its not normal.. however you could have gotten a slightly discharged battery initially and that could have caused it. Not tooting or anything but Advance Auto batteries, (autocraft) are really good batteries, also Ive had good luck with Die HArd batteries. Just dont get anO'reilly or carquest, they are awful.
