Default 06 brake noise/ turning noise

been a couple months since i've purchased the accord, and i'm loving it! Though my experience have not been trouble free... the first is a brake issue, in which after initially starting my car, and braking hard the first time after start up, it feels as if the brake peddle grinded over something, the passengers do not hear or feel it, but for me, its as if i hit something on the road, and it grinded under the car. I feel it on my brakes, as it feels like a grinding sensation when i press down on it. This is the best way i can explain it, sorry. The second concern is steering; sometimes when i take a turn, for example a right turn, i hear a loud "snap" sound near the wheel area, it sounds as if the axle or shocks snapped. Nothing happens to the car, just that loud snap periodically when i take a turn. These are my two concerns, i hope i was clear in my explanation, and if anyone has answers, I'd be much appreciated!!

here is what i advice..........

take car back to dealer since you are fully under warranty,DO NOT mess around trying to fix anything,, it could void the warranty ,, have a TECH or SERVICE MANAGER go on a test drive with you,NOT the service adviser those guys don't know crap , they are just sellsmen, if the noise is there and they fix it to your satisfaction, great..
If the noise is there and they say there is nothing abnormal.. talk to service manager and go on a test drive with another 06 accord same model as yours.......if no noise is heard then ,, you got a case,, have them fix your car or give you a different car .if you get no satisfaction from this dealer, contact HONDA of AMERICA ..customer service
........if you hear the same noise ,, then my friend ,,it might be caracteristic of the car ..

sounds like great advice to me.... Are we correct in assuming it's a brand new or newer accord?

i dunno if i did the quote thing right... anyway - this sounds like what i have, uh, yeah, driving too fast... sounds like the abs kickin in to me... as for the other noise - i've got nothing... my '06 doesn't make such a noise - see previous advice on that one.
