I have just installed some Notto HIDs on my 08 accord coupe (2.4L Std.) They work great whenever I have my lights on(I put them in my high beams, not the projectors(rookie move I know)) but whenever I turn the lights off they flicker. In the install guide they said to troubleshoot that by install at least 20a fuses. I only had a spare 20 and 30 so I threw both of those in and still have the flicker. Do I need some capacitors as well?

Did you install the HIDs with or without the relay harness?

 

With. That's what has me super confused.

 

I have never installed HIDs on my car. Weird electrical problems can arise from bad grounds and/or poor connections.

I would clean off crud built up on the battery terminals and make sure that that the connections from the HIDs to the battery are clean and tight. Also clean off all ends of both battery cables just to be thorough.
