my car dies randomly while driving and comes right back up, rpm goes to 0 and radio shuts of and all dashboard lights come on off. Sometimes one light comes on and latter other lights and then car dies and start right back up. Sometimes it just dies and I have to start the key again. I hear a click and it comes right back up. What could be causing this?
it does this at all speeds in flat or hill roads. sometimes everyday sometimes once a week sometimes once every few weeks.

 

The short answer is your losing power somewhere intermittently. The question is where. Any work done on the car recently?
