Hello All

Hey guys I'm new here an I just got a certified 2009 accord sedan v6 EX-L with 34,000 miles .I love the car but here is the thing. I was backing up and I went to open up the door to make sure I was in the line. I hit the unlock button and nothing,so I did it the manual way and opened up the door. So I put the car in park and got out ,it will not lock with the remote. Now I have to lock it the manual way then hit the remote.Is there a to get it back or did something break.I was thinking of disconnecting the battery to try to reset it.If not i got the warranty so i will just take it back.

 

It's under warranty.

Maybe as simple as resetting the multiplexer, but why bother when you have a warranty.

 

It could be the actuator as well. Since it is under warranty, I would take it to the dealership.
