Is there any way to lock all four doors of the car from the outside while the engine is running?

I do this for a couple of reasons. 1. When I stop at a gas station to pick up a drink I will keep my engine running (cool summer, warm in winter) while I have my dog in the back. 2. I often transport an elderly person to doctor visits. When I do this I sometimes make short stops. These are stops that the elderly person doesn't want to get out of the car for, yet I want to keep the car running for ac/heat and still be able to lock the car from the outside.

Is there any way to unlock all four doors from the outside without having to pull the remote out of my pocket?
