The taillights don't come on when the lights are turned on. The bulbs are fine. The turn signals and brake lights work, but the tailights don't come on.

The fuses are fine. Is there a common relay or switch that needs to be replaced?

it could be the combo switch that turns on the headlights, also, check any fuses under the hood as well (No. 4 especialy) but it sounds more like a combo switch problem
