Hi, when setting the timing on this, I find a conflict on whether to block the vacuum line on the air cleaner snorkel, or the vacuum line on the distributor. I believe either is suppose to be at 15 degrees btdc. can someone please advise.

do not block or disconnect vacc hoses, as a mater of facts make sure that there is vacc at the inner hose at vacc advance,,,,,,got to have vacc there

timing should be at 24 deg..if carb and 15 deg if inject ,,,,,,,LX is carb so set it at 24 deg btdc
