Default 1989 accord LX Rust repair .

Where is the best place to get replacement panels for the rust spots infront of and around the rear wheels? I have looked around and have not found any places that sell anything like this. Any other suggestions on how you have repaired these unsightly spots. I am not going to just fill it up with a ton of bondo but I also do not want to spend a fortune. I was just going to weld a couple pieces of sheet metal in there I am just trying to save the time if someone has these pieces for a reasonable price.
Thanks

Are you talking about the quarter panels?

Yes right behind the rear wheels. I can find the whole quarter (relatively expensive) but I would figure someone would have a patch for just that spot since it is so common.
