Default 1989 Slow Starting Issue

Hey folks - I have a 1989 Accord - 210,000 miles - runs great - starts slow - engine turns a bit and is worse when hot - new battery, starter, plugs, cap - Somenoe said a possible sensor - ECT Sensor? A penny for your thoughts?
God bless

"Worse when hot" makes me think the main relay. Hot engine temp wise or outside air temp wise?

Thanks – It is hot engine wise – gets worse after a lot of driving and even worse in hot weather. God bless
