1990 Accord "s" light blinking
there is no code 11 that I can see but a code 2 is the following
HO2S Or O2S{2}
VSS{1}
and the VSS being bad would make your "S" Light flash
Alternator issue: Most alternators you can just loosen up/remove that adjustment bolt and slide the alternator over so the belt slips off and then remove the bottom bolt (I believe there is just two, the pivot bolt and the adjustment bolt) Then just remove the clips/wires and you're ready to take it in! (Side Note: if you just loosen up the top bolt first and can't get to the bottom one to loosen it and are having problems moving the alternator so the belt goes slack then try pushing down on the belt and it will pull the alternator over...)

[QUOTE=sir_nasty;14835]there is a common issue with the speed sensor in that car that may cause the S light to flash. Generally speaking if this is the issue then your speedo will also be acting a bit odd.[/QUOTE
is it usually the input or output of the speed sensor.
