1991 Accord 180,000 miles...AC bypass belt
Greetings,
So it's been 7 years since the AC was turned on...cause it ran outta gas and I never bothered to add more to it again since it runs on environmentally harmful CFC gas and I tolerate heat well. Anyways, I'm just going to rid the entire AC compressor that's attached to the engine block and run the serpentine belt straight from the crank pulley to the alternator. Will I run into vibration issues with the weight of the ac compressor not being there anymore? Will the rpm of the alternator change?
Feedback would be appreciated.

The RPM of the alternator would not change that is determined by the size of the crank shaft pulley which is dictated by the engine speed. I cant imagine it throwing the engine off balance, they used to offer models with and without A/C they didnt have anything special to balance the engine if you opted out of A/C.
