Sounds like it could be a good deal. Find out when the last time the timing belt was changed. If the seller doesn't know, look at the drive belts as they are commonly changed at the same time. Check for leaks of any kind. Get the engine nice and hot and look for steam or smoke. Check the condition of the transmission fluid, it can be a good indication of how much attention has been paid to maintainence overall. Pull out the spark plug wires and look for oil on them. If you've never driven an Accord there are a couple of conditions that may exist that might seem scary but are probably not a big deal. Unless the engine mounts have been recently changed, you'll probably notice some vibration at idle in gear. And if it's an automatic you may think that it shifts a little hard. But unless either of these feel extreme to you, they are probably normal. Just a few ideas.

You're not going to inspect the timing belt. You're going to find out whether she has had it replaced. (maintenance records or receipts or ??) The timing belt needs to be replaced every 90k miles, so you should ask whether it was done. If she won't tell you anything, then plan on getting it done.

The external drive belts are towards the left side of the car, & the timing belt is inside a plastic cover at that same end of the engine. Inspecting it isn't very reliable, since it'll look very nice until a few hours before it breaks.

The dipstick for the engine oil is up top, left side, near the external drive belts. The auto-transmission dipstick is down low between the tranny & the radiator.
