Default 1993 Accord EX A/C not working

The compressor will kick on. We replaced the switch on the dash panel. The fuse is good. So we are thinking it is the blower relay (above the interior fuse panel, correct?) or the actual blower behind the glove box? Any suggestions? Also which relay is the A/C blower relay above the fuse panel? Looks like there are 5 relays?

I am guessing that the motor inside of the car is not working to push air through the vents?

A caveman test is to turn on the blower motor, hit the area around the motor and see if it turns on. If it does, likely a bad motor or loose connection.

You can also unplug the two pin connector to the blower motor, turn on the blower motor. Use a volt meter to see if you have 12V across the pins.
