Is the 1993 Accord prone to the 5th gear issue?

I have heard that accords have a problem with the synchros going out for fifth.. Does that apply to the 1993? How can I prevent it? I use fifth a-lot...

The MT on the accords are pretty rock solid. Just change the MTF at the recommended mileage and all it good. I never read of problems with 5th gear.
