Default Prone to speeding

lights in the dash dont work...tachometer and speedometer and odometer doesnt light up...nothing does...but when headlights are turned off my gear selector light comes on....and when the car isnt cranked the acc lights are on...whats the problem??

ok sorry i was in a rush and couldnt explain fully but yes the actual parts of the -meters that show numbers like 80mph or 4rpm doesnt light up at all...with the headlights on or off....but when i turn them off the gear selector lights up and thats it....and fuses i somewhat checked...my check engine light stays on tho...weirdly...all the lights like seatbelt and check engine and maint req'd all those lights would work if they were to turn on....

but u think its a ignition switch??
