I have a 1994 accord ex 4 cylinder manual transmission. The instrument clusters lights for the speedometer, tac gauge are not working i've replaced the 4 lights in the cluster and still doesn't work. All fuses under the dash and under the hood are new and work fine. What else could it be??? Where should i go from here????

Pull the dimmer switch, headlights on. Ground the RED wire, do the dash lights go "full bright"? If you have a volt meter, check the voltage on the RED/BLK for voltage to ground.
