Default 1994 Accord won't start. Plz help

I have a 1994 Honda Accord LX. It all of a sudden won't start. When I turn the ignition, I hear a click click sound but the engine doesn't turn. The battery is charged. The car was fine earlier today. Could it be the starter? Can someone help me, please? Much appreciated.

If it is just clicking when you turn the key and your battery is charged it is most likely the solenoid that is going out. If you take a hammer and tap it (don't bang on it) it should free things up and start again. Remember though this is only a temporary fix and it will continue to get worse over time so replace it as soon as possible.

Does it start if you try to jump it, trying to figure out who.how the battery was tested?

Are the cables clean and tight-both ends of both cables.

Do you have a volt meter to do some testing?
