How do you guys know so much stuff?

If I am not mistaken, used .12 for Ex and 0.10 for In( I just looked it up on the forum).

Agreed about seals, very good point. Should I just go ahead and replace all o-ring seals? Are they expensive or not really?

It is 0.010 for the intake and 0.012 for the exhaust. I just want to make sure you used the proper gauge on the exhaust.

I would probably do the exhaust first, having only the proper feeler gauge. Then do the intake valves. It may take a bit longer, but you will pretty much ensure you don't mix up your feeler gauges.

You can pull the spark plugs and turn the engine using the PS pump. Here is a very good video on how to adjust the valves.

Thanks so much for your reply Sir. I apologize, it's a typo, its 0.012 Ex and 0.01 for In.

Thanks for the video, it's going to be a 'weekend' activity

'TexasHonda' should I just go ahead and replace all o-rings on injectors or find the culprit and replace only that one?

Yes, Orings are not expensive and should be replaced. Be sure to use a lubricant when oring is installed, either silicone grease or nylog. It's easy to pinch/damage the new oring when capturing the FI w/ the fuel rail. Some install FI's onto fuel rail and then stab entire rail w/ FI's into the intake manifold. I found this awkward and installed FI's into intake manifold and then stabbed fuel rail over the FI's. Manual says attach FI's to rail and then install to manifold.

good luck
