Default 1994 Honda Accord sputtering low idle

All of a sudden did a noticeable mis and a few days later started sputtering and will barely idle but it's doesn't sputter at 60 mph. Also D4 is flashing, added transmission fluid. check engine light comes on but doesn't stay on. I have an obd 2 but it's an obd1.I changed plugs & they needed to be changed but it didn't help the issue. Ive never had any problems out of this car. I really need help as Im a widow and have to try and fix it in my own. Any help will be deeply appreciated

Follow the instructions on this thread to read the OBD1 codes. Post the codes you read and specify the light (D4 or CEL) that gave the code.

Paper clip if you have one, if not a piece of bare wire will work. No it won't shock you. Other than how easy it is to do.
