Need help.. Car idles 700 rpm .I statredthe engineand warm it to itsnormal operating

temperature.Idisconnected the electronic connector from the Idle Air Control(IAC) valve.I started the

engine with the engine acceleration slightly depressed andstabilized at 1000rpm , but when ireach

1000rpm it started to idle erractically, still did the procedure. Slowely release the acceleration until the idle

drop to normal speed. Made sure the accessories were all to off..I even adjusted the screw, it did do

anything ..idle was still the same..If anyone can help me with other pointer of what i can do i apprecaite it..
