2.) i have the harness and everything to hookup but can i use my original ecu or do i have to get a honda accord ecu

I'm a bit confused as I am not familiar with Civic engine numbers. Are you trying to install a F22 engine from an accord into a 94 Civic EX engine bay? What year accord is the source of the engine? Is d16z6 the original engine for your Civic?

1. Are the H22 swap mounts designed for your Civic engine bay?

2. The ECU necessary will depend on the engine you are using and what transmission are you using? I'm guessing a manual transmission?

3. You can always buy new bolts online from Honda, but it will be expensive. A u-pull-it junkyard has always been a good source for OEM bolts for me. I'm not sure what bolts you are missing specifically.

I think H style engine mounts are very similar to f mounts. I only say that as I knew a guy who pulled his f engine out and replaced it with an H engine, and other than the harness everything went back in. The changes in the harness were because of the ECU. Depending on which ECU you have, you might be able to use it.

The question about the ECU isn't clear to me. Use your original D16 ECU on the F22? I doubt that would work properly.

And it isn't a "Civic ECU" vs an "Accord ECU" anyway. There can be differences between versions and model-years for both types of cars. You want the ECU to match the engine.
