Hi, have a 95 Accord EX with a seat cover hiding the torn up leather with 300,000 miles. Just had new timing belt and various other things done so hopefully it will last another five years but one area that has to addressed is the seat. It has no cushion and being a DD and a few trips next year in planning have to try and figure something out. It's an EX it is electric which is no big deal if it's lost in a new or new to me seat. Called one place and they thought I was talking about just a new seat cover there was not much conversation after that because at the time was not sure how much longer I would have the car. I will call them again to get a price but do any of you have any ideas on how to get a better seat am open to any ideas. Thank you and have a wonderful holiday season and fantastic new year!

 

Have you tried calling or checking out wrecking yard in your area or in your state? I have picked up (buy)several stuff in junk yards for my car and i have seen some seats in there. Even Craiglist might be another option,just be careful on some scams. Wish you luck on that and hopefully you'd find one. Have a great holiday!

 

Yup, I did that with my 99 Accord sedan, as the PO's dog bit off both rear seat headrests. I got on car-part.com, and found one about 20 miles away and picked it up for 50 bucks. It might not be matching in color, but it works, and doesn't have that "just chewed up" look to it.
