I bought a Denso alternator on Rock Auto 10 months ago, I am getting cluster flickering (lights going in/out) and my tail lights doing the same, also feeling some loss of power in the car.

any help/suggestions are appreciated. I am assuming Im going to need a new alternator again, and these rebuilds are hit and miss even a Denso.

Very true, rebuilds can be a hit or miss.

 

thanks man! fortunately it was within the 1 year warranty so I will not have to pay for the replace. I ordered another Denso and they will fully refund when I send the bad one back.

Ill make sure to check the battery after the new one is installed. any other suggestions here or just replace alternator and go from there.
