I replaced the radiator but the heater does not blow very hot. Could I have the radiator hoses misconnected at the thermostat housing? It seem to me that its possible because they are right next to each other on the thermostat housing. I have the upper radiator hose connected to the inboard connection of the thermostat housing. Is this correct?

I attached a picture, but the lower radiator hose goes to the inlet farthest away from the engine.
