What O2 code?

A faulty O2 sensor may affect idle stability, but most likely it's the IACV and throttle plate.

good luck

new update: i cleaned the throttle plate with carb cleaner. while i was spraying in the lower port inside of the throttle body, i noticed the cleaner was leaking out towards the firewall. i then removed the throttle body and noticed the gasket torn, so i replaced it. i test drove it seemed to do great until i went downshifted and punched it. i switched to 4th gear and it wouldnt go past 5k rpms. it kinda felt like the limiter was kicking in. before i was able to push it to 7000 without the limiter kicking in. i then put it in neutral and then it cut off. ive also noticed when the rpms get really low, the oil light flashes. im sure this is normal because of the rpms.

Just me but it you sprayed cleaner into the lower port (firewall side of tb) and you could see it comeing out....the o-ring on the FITV would be on my list of things to inspect.
