I've been hearing a "jangling" sound coming from the front end, which is similar to what you hear coming from old Taxi cabs.

One repair shop couldn't find anything. The second thought it was the strut mounts, which weren't changed when the original struts were replaced about two years ago.

Its hard to diagnose suspension sounds over the web. Try to pinpoint the location of the sound if possible.

 

The sound was caused by loose bolts on the front brake caliper. I'm not sure how two repair shops missed this, but at least the mystery has been solved.
