1996 Clutch Issue

I suspect that the oil has PERMANENTLY damaged the rubber seals in the system. New master cylinder, and new slave cylinder. It's quite likely that you cannot reverse the swelling of those rubber parts. In fact, you might also have problems with the rubber-hose section of the hydraulic lines.

I replaced it all but some one told me to use a clutch bleeder to get better results

i used two big bottles of dot 3 to flush it

Again as Jim noted the rubber line from the res to the master is "in play" as well.

Then, I'm getting confused on the gens here - help me out members - Be sure there is a "hard line" all the way from the master to the slave...I think some had a damper of sorts in the line somewhere.

Yeah, there's a damper (#37) and a rubber section of hose (#15). I don't know for sure, but suppose the damper has some rubber diaphragm or something like that?

Well, both 15 & 20 are rubber hose, so either (or both) can deteriorate & make crud in the system.
