Default 1996 honda accord misfire code

I have a 96 accord ex auto w/ a V6 (original engine). I recently had my vehicle inspected and received misfire codes for cylinders 2, 5, & 3. I replaced all the spark plugs, the dist cap, and ignition control module. This solved the problem. The car has been garage kept and only started (and let idle) a few times for a few months. Well, I take the car out yesterday and the check engine light is on, so I have it scanned and the fault code is cylinder 5 misfire. I pulled the spark plus yesterday and it looks okay. Can anyone lead me in the right direction?????????? Thanks for any help in advance

Your intake manifold has EGR passages that you may want to clean out. I think the 95-97 V6s are simple to clean. You remove a plate off the intake and clean out the ports and the "ant farm" parts (looks like a maze).

The plate is labeled #5 in the picture below.
