Default 1996 moon roof switch pinouts

Hello, I am having a problem with the moon roof switch in my 1996 honda accord.

The switch broke...the little open-close plastic pice of the switch broke off and vanished. Problem is, the moonroof is open and it is rainy season here in Florida.

Now, I could just short the wires and close it, however I can not seem to find a pinout for this moon roof switch.

The moon roof switch on my accord is on the ceiling...almost everywhere else I looked they have it next to the cruise control switch. However in my there is just a blank area next to the cruise control, and the switch is on the ceiling.

The pinout of the switch look like:

0
0 0
0 0

i'll just name them:

1
2 3
4 5

Any idea how to short these out so I can get it closed? Or any other tips on how to close it?

You can manually close the moonroof with the supplied wrench. See attached pic.

Thanks. I saw this info as I was searching, but I can't find that dang plug in my1996 accord...it's not there. I even remined the dobe light because some other models had it behind that, no luck.

At the DIY "sticky" above, are links where you can download service manuals.

Alas, the service manual does not tell me anything. It shows me HOW to close it manually, but now how to access it. I can not find a plug anywhere, and I removed the dome light as well, thinking it might be under that. No luck.

Am I going to have to remove the entire headliner to get to the manual crank?

The headliner does not need to be removed to close the moonroof/sunroof with the wrench, refer to the picture I posted in my previous post from the owner's manual.

Go the Spoonertuner link in the sticky above in this forum section and download the Accord 1994 CD7 CD9 Coupe USDM Service Manual (45 MB) file. It is more comprehensive than the supplements for the 96 Accord.

94 -97 Accords are 5th generation Accords and very similar.

I did refer to the image you posted. That image says to remove a plug. Like I stated...my honda has no plug to remove.

Looks like that site only has torrents for download. Snagging the file now.

Downloaded the manual. NO information on manually cranking close the sunroof. Pages (20-39 to 20-47)

Is your Accord a U.S. model? That picture is directly out of the North American 1996 Accord owner's manual.

The service manual show the circuit, etc., it does not refer to closing the sunroof with the wrench, as that is covered in the owner's manual, etc.
