When cleaning the throttle body you may also want to consult a service manual. For example even though you have an Accord I worry because on some Civics Honda says only clean it when the whole thing is off the car, clean it using the cleaner on a towel not shot directly on the body and avoid doing anything near bearings for the hinges to avoid removing the moly coating. This may be true for your car as well.

Not a license to be careless, but the concerns about cleaning the throttle body (Civic R18) might be related to that engine having a motorized ("drive-by-wire") throttle.
