Default 1997 Honda Accord wont start when below 45'F

Things already troubleshooted:

Main Relay it clicks ok
Battery good
Distubutor changed Ignition Module
Spark plugs NGK
Oil is fresh
Rotor n cap
Coolant temp sensor
Coolant ok
I hear fuel pump go on buzzing

It only happens when really cold during above temp no issues at all.
Smells like it gets floodee.when cranking to long.

Then when it does want to turn over it shakes luke only 2 cylinders are only working once it clears excessive gas idles normal no problem till the morning.

Everything works on cluster no issues with ignitionswitch.
No check engine light that shoots code?

Is there any sensors I am overlooking?

Anywere of intake or current that is vital to give spark.

Coil is MSD Blaster 5 yr old

Help !

You need to verify that you have no spark or no fuel. If you have a timing light, you can see if enough spark is generated to flash the timing light. There is a site called tegger.com that shows other ways to check for spark.

Suggest getting a scan of engine inputs. For instance intake air temp may be too cold and causing an over-rich mixture. Look for anything marginal or inconsistent w/ known or other measured conditions.

Also check the fuel pressure regulator(FPR), vacuuum reference line. Remove and sniff. If you smell fuel, the FPR diaphragm is ruptured and pulling raw fuel into engine.

good luck
