1997 steering wheel column
I recently had a mechanic put in rebuilt Rack and Pinion.
The mechanic did a good job installing the Rack and Pinion
But not a such good centering the Rack and Pinion before he put on the outer tie rods.
I went over he said he moved the steering by adjusting it at the column.
The wheel is not center since he unhooked it at column shaft how would you go about repair it
