i replaced my vss and my spedometer or oddometer still wont work any help .....!!!!!!!! does any one know how to fix this issue? do i need a new spedometer

Are you getting any codes from the PCM when you check with a scanner? Many parts stores outside of the country of CA will scan for codes for free.....just be sure to get the actual code and not just "their description" of the code.
