Default 1998 front brakes

Does anyone have a video of changing the front pads & rotors on a 1998 accord (or similar).
I need to be able to send the link to my brother.

On another note...are the 2 small screws that hold the rotor in place really necessary?
I have 2006 accord and have had to do the brakes twice. I had to drill the head off the screw to remove the rotor and have always replaced them with new screws. Do I need to do this?

Don't really need those screws. They're for convenience during assembly-line, so the rotors don't fall off. In real life the rotors are held on by the wheel lug nuts.

Your brother's brakes are the same as yours, except for maybe wrench sizes. But I don't have a video. 1998 was the first year for "normal" brakes instead of the older hub-over-rotor kind.

Thanks for the info. I need to resurface my rotors so maybe I will make a video this weekend.
