Default 1998 Honda Accord no power to ignition

I just bought a 1998 honda accord with 140,000 miles it has no power to the ignition. has a 60amp fuse blow a week ago and would not start, after i replaced it it did fine for a few months now it is doing it again but the fuse is still good. its like it burnt a wire going to fuse box under dash. I am a pretty good mechanic but dont know much about Honda.

I thought that the big fuses were a 100 and a 50 amp fuse.

Are you testing the white wire for power to the ignition? Where are you testing this wire?

Can you easily get a volt meter probe on each side of the high amp fuse(s)?

Agree! You have to see if there is power on the white wire. If there is then it could be many things but the more common ones are the electrical portion of the ignition switch or there is a problem with the immobilizer system.
