1999 Accord LX 4cyl, surging idle (1000-2300rpm)

It was on I-40 south of Burlington going westbound. Oh well, hopefully the insurance money will make a nice down payment on a new Accord (I think she wants a new Accord or maybe a Civic). The car only had 85k miles on it!
