1999 Honda Accord 2.3l EGR Delete
Why do you want to delete the EGR? I typically recommend fixing any issues vs modifying, because modifying can lead to other unintended issues unless the reward for the modification is worth the effort.
My F22B1 engine was stumbling at ~2200 rpm then ran much smoother after I cleaned the EGR ports. To delete the EGR you would have to change the fuel maps on the PCM to adjust the air/fuel ratio when the EGR should be enabled. This may not be simple fix to eliminate the CEL. You may want to search for versions of the F23 engine did not have an EGR port where you could swap PCMs. It is not likely, but maybe someone has posted a how-to on an EGR delete for the 99 accord.
