My car recently started throwing several dtcs, p0300-p0304, p1399, p1259. A ton of white smoke was coming out of my tail pipe and it acting like it was suffercating, it was also overheating. At first the car wouldn't start. After replacing the rotor, fuel pump relay and fuel pump it only starts for a few seconds then dies. Did a radiator pressure test no leaks and no blown head gasket. Spark plugs were changed a couple of months ago, I also took them out to clean and regap them. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Try doing a compression test.
