Default 1999 Honda Accord Splash guard question

a few years ago I was backing out from a driveway and hooked a wood steak in the ground around the inside of the wheel well. This tore the bumper and splash shield off and this caused the break and slow removing of the underneath shield that is part of the front bumper. I have the bumper completely fixed so from the top it looks great but there is now no remaining underneath splash guard under the engine.

Is there a way to replace the guard without having to replace the entire bumper and all of it? Since I fixed the top area damage and paid for it, I would love to not have to replace it again just to replace the undercarriage splash guard.

Thanks in advance

Check out http://www.tasauto.com, I think they carry the splash shields.

I'm sure you could pick one up at a junkyard.

... or Majestic? (hondaautomotiveparts.com)
or from Manchester? (manhonda.com)

Is it actually PART OF the bumper skin? And is it not really visible from casual view? If so, then you can probably fasten some kind of plastic sheet stock with pop-rivets or something like that....?
