I have 99,000 miles on my 2000 accord sedan ex and my mileage has gone down significantly. i barely get 220 miles to the tank...anyone had similar issue. i jus got my fuel injection service done and it seems like my mileage actually went down...any suggestions???

 

the computer may need to be reset or it could be concidence... have you actually checked your mileage by filling it up, reset the odometer, drive for a few hundred miles, fill it all the way again and figure actuall mileage? did they check your air filter, spark plugs, wires etc?

 

I would chk all the basic stuff first as Sir suggested ,, timing as well . also do you reside in a cold winter climate ?? I mean COOOOOLD winter climate

 

Dang I have about 94k miles and I got about 23-25 mostly city. Maybe try resetting your ecu and the other stuff people said? Maybe try that fuel injector cleaner u put in your gas.

 

does your TQ converter lock up on your transmission? If not, I would replace the t-stat as the car is not reaching proper operating temp. If it is, is your trans slipping?

I had a 98 Accord LX V6 and it got 24/34 milage wise
