Update on this leak issue. I found a few areas that are leaking. The first I am not sure how to deal with but I have an idea of where the issue stems from. Maybe someone has some experience with this and help me figure out how to stop it.
When the tornado hit that blew out the back windshield there was a gouge in the back window ledge behind the speaker. Ill attach a pic.

The windshield was replaced but nothing was done about the gouge and I thought it was just cosmetic but wondering if the leak is connected to this gouge. Directly below this spot there is a plastic fastener that is where the leak travels from. Ill attach a pic of that as well.

How can this be repaired?

The other spot I saw was on the driver side rear tail lamp area at that factory sealer area. Looks like they missed a spot and it's leaking. Is this as simple as applying sealer to that gap or are there more steps?

Here is a close up of the leak as its happening. The shadowed gap area is what I assumed I should slather with sealer.

Just found another thats probably from the same issue as the gouge near the speaker area, there is a trickle coming down the brace near that area.

The gouge in the rear speaker cover/panel has nothing to do with sealing water. Most likely explanation is the rear window wasn't sealed properly when it was installed.

Did you notice the water leak after the rear windshield was installed?

Wow, I hadn't thought about that but yes the leaking followed after the window installation. But before I call on that company and issue a complaint, is there a way to definitively tell that the leak is from the window or is this evidence enough?

I'm not sure when the rear windshield was replaced, but you can try to look around the seams to see if there is an obvious gap?

If you dealt with a reputable company to fix the glass, but they may warranty their work.

The install of the rear window was april 11, 2021
I was going to try and strip out as much from the interior rear area next to see where the leak source may be.

Ive got this far trying to get the deck removed for the clearest view possible and I followed what I could understand from this post and removed the decking or whatever its called that is the fuzzy cover to that back area under the glass.

Default Think I found the source

After clearing all the fasteners that were holding the decking items on I was able to start removing the decking panel but the driver side was caught on something. I was pulling very hard and its still not getting loose so I closed in to see that the panel is actually fused in between the glass sealant and the pinchweld. Its in the area to the far corner where I was seeing the dripping coming from underneath in the path there so it looks to me as if this might be it.
