Going to just try and hammer the hood out

Whats this box called on the right side thant normaly hidden by the bumper?


I plan hammering the hood out and don't know what I'll do with the front subframe part I just get that front part from a junkyard or try end bend it back. And the hood latch frame is bent some.
trying to spend at least money as possible.

 

I believe that's the air filter box. Don't know if it's supposed to have that hole in the corner though.

It might be easier to just replace the hood, rather than bashing on it. I realize you're trying to save some money, but a hundred bucks or so should get a nice hood on it.

 

Yeah that box has a pipe the pops up in the engine right near the air filter and yeah its not suppost to have a hole in it.

Got this car for $500 so looks just going to bang it out or if i could get a hood for like a hundred bucks I'm just going to bang it out and go with it for now

 

So many of these in the junkyard..all the parts you need..
