P0300, P0310, P0304 are indicators that cylinders 1 and 4 are missing sometimes. Is engine running poorly w/ lots of vibration?

P1607 is ECM/PCM Internal Circuit Failure A.

P1399 is not listed in my source for your car(autozone).

Put your engine/trim level in your signature line.

Any recent events that might affect the car?

Suggest pulling BackUp fuse in underhood fuse box or disconnecting negative bat cable for 20 secs. You will loose radio and will need code to restart. If you don't have a code, you may want to get a OBD2 scanner and reset ECM directly. Check what codes return after reset. Perhaps you have already done this?

good luck
