Default 2001 Honda Accord VP sticking on cold start

My 2001 Honda Accord VP with 134,000 and the transmission is now sticking on a cold start. If car is warm transmission is OK. What might cause the transmission to stick when cold start. Any suggestions.

Thanks,
uhenry1

Manual trans?
Cold trans oil? Wrong weight trans oil?

Automatic trans?
Using Honda ATF?
When was last time you drain/fill the ATF?

Describe the "sticking". The lever is difficult to move? Locked in "P" by the brake/shift interlock? Or is it sluggish shifting between gears?

It an automatic 2.3 v4 and all of the service on the car was performed at the Honda dealer. The transmission service was performed in March 2010 at the 120K service.

On cold day, car start fine but if you put in drive gear it jerk little and it move from 2nd to 3rd gear but if you let the car warm up about 7-10 minutes then the car drive fine.
