Default 2001 honda - automatic transmission shift issues

My front wheel drive 2001 accord has 135,000 miles. Within the last year it had engine 2 engine mounts replaced.

Last night I was getting off the highway and noticed when it downshifted into 1st it lurched forward. It did this a few times after getting off the highway. Then when I tried to accelerate it revved up and shifted hard.

I took it easy on the car the rest of the way home and didn't notice the same behavior.

What could this be?

Let us know if it's a 4-cyl or V-6. Those are SO VERY DIFFERENT from each other that sometimes I wish they weren't both called Accord.
